    Default Speakers on 3G

Okay Well I Don't know, I Got mine yesterday at around 4pm est or something,
    I'm on a 16GB White

When I Put music, it seems like it only comes out of the left side of the speakers.
Is this how it's supposed to be?

Like If I put my finger over the left side, it's pretty much muted, it was the same with the old one. But If I Put it over the right side, its pretty much the same, like no audio is coming out of that side.
Left side sounds pretty loud as it is, but i'm wondering if this is how it is, or if its defected?

If both sides were speaker, where would you expect them to stick a mic?

in a small hole below the home button so it could have 2 speakers(=better, and louder sound)

would be extra interesting if a little trickle of rain landed on your home button.

You wouldn't get good mic clarity that way, and you'd be susceptible to much more wind noise than the currently recessed mic.

Plus pocket lint= the scourge of phones. My RAZR constantly had a clogged mic hole that I had to try and clean out with a needle. I'd prefer it to be nice and protected behind the metal mesh on the new one. Also do you really have the need for stereo speakers on a phone?I dont plan on tapeing my phone to the center of my face so that it sounds correct
