Im at Tmobile, Contract ended yesterday, should i go to ATT?
I was paying 60$ a month for:
300Min
Fave 5 (Unlimted calling to 5 ppl)
Unlmited Weekends
400 Txt MEssages
Thats it^
Is it worth going to ATT?
That only REAL reason i wanna go to att is because My phone is like Semi broken and doesnt want to work with TMobile because i tried Upgrading to 2.0 then downgraded to 1.1.4 so now, i cant unlock it. So its now basicly an IPOD (No Phone Feature)
Will moving to ATT Help solve my Problem with my phone and be worth it or will it be a 2 yr HELL contract?
I would also NOT upgrade to 2.0 Just would be staying at 1.1.4
I also cant find any PLANS from ATT for the First Gen Iphone?

I'm not a fan of AT&T plans. If you don't need 3g, stick to tmo. If you don't want to deal with the headache of restoring, virginizing, go to at&t.
I'm paying 39.99 for 1000 min, free nights and weekends. $4.99 for t zones, and $4.99 for 400 texts. That's all I need.

I got T-Mobile's promotional 1000 minute, Unlimited Nights and Weekends for 39.99 when that was going on... so I think I'm sticking with T-Mobile. I would only need 3G in the car, everywhere I go has WiFi.
Really the only thing that intrigues me about the 3G is hte louder sound, but that's not too big of an issue to me.

You think since i upgraded to 2.0 on a jail broken and unlocked phone, and went down to 1.14 (Now it doesnt work)
When the 2.0 pwn comes out ill still be ABLE to use Tmobile?

I'm assuming there will be a way.
(What's with all these people upgrading to 2.0 without an unlock? It seems to be more than the usual. Is it just the excitement over the appstore?)

Yes, go to AT&T and save the headache. If you want $25 credit, send me a PM. I have a few referrals left and you'll automatically get $25 if I refer you.

If your phone doesn't work, it is most likely because you didn't downgrade the baseband.
Under settings look what your modem firmware is.
On 1.1.4 you should be at 04.04.05_G
Look here for instructions
iPhone News & Review » 2.0 to 1.1.4 Downgrade
