2.0 losing pics when syncing

Has anyone had issues syncing their photos?
When i synced my phone all the pics i've taken since upgrading didnt import and are now gone from my computer and my phone.
The thumbnail still displays when i'm looking at the album but not in the photo list screen.
Just noticed iPhoto says i have 156 items to import while my iPhone says it only has 123 photos.
Im guessing the pics are still on the phone somewhere I just cant see them.
