question on the 3G iPhone

Do you think there will be a way to use the 3G iphone on tmobile without at&t penalizing you? I know that tmobile does not have 3G so i understand that i would have to use edge but how does at&t catch you.

Well if i understand you correctly, your question is that if att catches you using their iphone 3g while youre on t mobile, will there be a penalty.

and the answer to that is that att cant do anything about, so buy it and wait for an unlock for firmware 2.0 .

ok well then my next question is how will I be able to snag a 3G iPhone in the u.s. other than buy one off of ebay. Will at&t be selling a non contract iPhone 3G for a higher price
