Having 2 Problems, Need Help

Hi Guys
I really need some help on this one.
I searched threads & posts to find solutions,with no result, this one really got me stumped.
(1) I keep getting an error "you are running out of disk space". I did the boss tool thing rearranged the fonts & ringtones, and still getting the message.
(2) Trying to download in Installer and keep getting "package download failed".
I refreshed the sources, that stopped the spinning wheel, I cleared the queue also but still getting error message.
Can anyone please help me. thanks
