unable to connect via WiFi

Hi there, I have a jail broken 1.1.1 version iPhone. Lately its been having some problems. I cannot seem to connect via WiFi using my wireless router. Weird thing is, my laptop was able to do so but my iPhone can't.

Please tell me if there is a set up problem in the iphone?

Go to settings with WiFi set to On...Select your WiFI and tap on the Blue Arrow.

Under 'DHCP" you can change the DNS Servers.
Under "Static" you can edit all the information manually.

Option 1

Try OpenDNS

Set your DNS to: 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220

Option 2

Under Static Tab:

IP Address: 192.168.1.150
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Router: 192.168.1.1
DNS: 192.168.1.1

So try this. It might be good to go to settings/General/Reset/Resetnetworksetting and do the reset.

i have a iphone 2g jailbroken for firmware 1.1.4 everything is working fine but when you try to connect to wifi it takes long to detect it and once it detects it and you try to connect the iphone gets on a restart loop, basically you cant turn on the wifi because the iphone starts rebooting by itself any ideas of how can i get the wifi working?

I have been having issues with my 3g 2.1 jailbroke with qcken. Finds the router asks for the password but come back with unable to join? Help any ideas?
