Anyone else having problems pre-ordering from O2 in the UK. I recieved a text from O2 stating i could pre order the 3G from 8am on Mon and the phone will be delivered by courior on Friday. I went onto the O2 site at 3pm ( text only came at 2pm ) but it says the phones are all booked up. Surely they cant be sold out that quickly.Site says ordering will no be the 10th -----im assuming this wont be next day delivery so it will be the following week before i get my new pone.
o2 say that they under estimated the volume of pre-orders thats why they stopped taking them.
Or they are just trying to make you go in store and sign up that way. My mate has pre-ordered his and they say he will get it on Friday, so i guess they will be dispatching on Thurs.
