App Store purchase linked to account or phone?

I was curious if anyone had any information regarding multiple phones syncing with one iTunes account. For example, my wife and I are both getting 3g iPhones. We currently sync our iPods to the same computer, and we can both play music purchased on my account.

I'm curious if the App Store purchases will work the same way. So, if my wife decides to buy Super Monkey Ball on my iTunes account, am I going to be able to play it on my iPhone as well, or is it going to be locked to her phone only?

I've searched around, but couldn't find this exact scenario described anywhere...

I would think it is linked to your account. Not positive but I believe thats how it will be. Same as music and movie purchasing.
