Speaker is scratching, please help me

Hey Guys!

I have a BIG problem. A friend of mine was watching a video on youtube at the highest volume, but suddenly the speaker began scratching really, really much. It sort off pops and it's really high.

What can I do? I'm from Denmark, so I guess I can't send it for a repair. It's unlocked with AnySim. Can Apple see if it has been unlocked if I virginize first? And what's my guarantee for getting it back/getting a new phone, if I send it to Apple?

I've tried to restore my phone, but unfortenately it didn't work

Please help me!

I unlocked a 1.1.2 OTB for a friend and have the same problem!

Whenever it plays something, the audio comes out with random noise like scratching.
It is like when you have a speaker and one cable does not make good contact and every time you touch that cable, you hear thoose "scratches".
This noise happens with all apps... songs, itunes, youtube, calls, etc.
I can hear it from the speaker and from the headphones too!!!
From the headphones though, I hear it ONLY from one earplug!
I hear it with all firmwares 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3!
Is there any solution?
