12-13-2007, 09:03 AM #1A Thought for OTB 1.1.2 BootLoader 4.06 Downgrade
This is just a thought for OTB 1.1.2 with Bootloader 4.6.
As we know that when we upgraded from 1.0.2 or 1.1.1 with bootloader
version 3.9 or lower, the Iphone can be JAILBREAK & UNLOCKED using
the ANYSIM 1.2U. Everything works perfectly and no problem.
eep version: EEP_VERSION:207
eep revision: EEP_REVISION:8
But, when it comes to Bootloader version 4.6, the JAILBREAK is OK,
but Stuck with the UNLOCKED (except using the TurboSim or StealthSim).
(Actually, I don't know if stealthsim will work though).
Now, the issue is the Bloody BootLoader, right?
Why can't we flash the BootLoader version 4.6 (so this bootloader is not longer in the Iphone) and re-flash and change it to the lower Version Bootloader (let's say the 3.9 version)?
By reflashing it to this lower version bootloader 3.9, isn't it we can Jailbreak and Unlock it with AnySim?
This is the challenge to developers to come up with a method to
flash the bloody bootloader version 4.6, rather than till today everyone
is still stuck with it?
Why not, right? at least, we can use the iphone without the ATT SIMcard.
Well, again this is just a thought.
(any comment, please? and anyone/developer has this challenge for flashing the bootloader?)
