Default Sending my iphone in for repair

I contacted apple regarding getting my phone sent in and it is jailborken. What would I need to do in order to not get my warranty voided? Will a restore do the job? I was wondering if I will be getting a replacement phone since the problem is with the screen? Does anyone know?

Restore clears up only jailbreaking fine. There is some traces hidden but Apple won't do a low level NAND recovery so you should be find. For the paranoid use the guide in the wiki how to fully wipe your iphone.
