help with command line please

following the guide here:

trying to edit the mobilephonepackedimages.artwork file

im running windows doing exactly what they say and its not working for me at all. in cmd i type "cd /users/natedogg/desktop/artwork" and i get "the system cannot find the path specified"

is there something im doing wrong?

Sorry, but the files your looking at in the guide are for a Mac, or if you like, the Guide was done for a Mac.

Mac's as with all Unix systems are case sensitive when entering commands, so "cd /user/me" is not the same as "cd /User/Me"
