For super mario kart you will need to go into installer and download the SNES emulator (is super mario kart a super Nintendo game?) For the GPS kind thing all you need is to go into Maps and hit the Locate Me button. The only radio available is uSiruis (need subscription). As far as your themes go, just do some searching, i'm sure they're out there somewhere.
