Looking to Convert Videos So They Play Back Faster

I like the feature where you can listen to audiobooks at a slightly faster speed. What I'm looking for is a way to do it with video.

I currently use VisualHub. Does anyone know how to convert video so that it plays at 1.5X faster than normal? I have a lot of info-videos that I would like to get through faster.
