Can You Remove Words From Auto-Correct?

"Gor" instead of "got" is getting on my nerves, and "I'd" instead of "is" is on the verge of making me throw my phone through a wall. Who uses I'd in conversation anyway?

Buddy. Just backspace and correct to correct spelling. when you backspace you can put in the correct letters. Soon your system will learn and your problems will be over.

To start over go too settings/general/reset/reset keyboard dictionary

I have had this phone since September and it has yet to learn on those 2 instances. I have not formatted/wiped/restored this phone in 3 months. How long should it take?

I would agree and say to just reset ur dictionary, it should work after that.

i know this is a old post......... but i reset my keyboard dictionary and now my phone remembers all my changes on the dictionary

I am not having any luck I just noticed it doesn't remember nothing nor does the double tap space bar to add "." work either. Any suggestions maybe SBSettings is interfering?

From what I've read, it takes 4 or 5 times to remember something new and maybe never for 2 or 3 character words.

check your settings under keyboard. This is an option that apple gives. Not Sbsettings.

Anyone else tried to type YO and instead had it correct to TO? Because this is really aggravating when sending a short text message that says 'to' or 'to whats up'
