WTF is going on with ZAGG - InvisibleShield ?? not receiving my order ???
Sup fellas,
I ordered IS full body few days ago - 2nd day air delivery... I got the e-mail from them the day I ordered, they just sent me the order # and that was it. So far I haven't been notified if the item was sent out or not. I called them and you can only leave a voice msg, nobody ever picks up. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE it seems like.
they usually send you a tracking number about 2 days after it sent, although that seems useless in your case.
if you email them, they usually reply within a day.
