Iphone Screen Flashes!! Need Help To Fix It!!

I was trying to make a call and crashed, and tuned into sleep mode. I pressed the top button to wake up and the screen started flashing rapidly for morethan 20 seconds and then stopped.Now i can on my iphone but after sometime it starts to flash again and show me the image to connect to itunes and again it flashes the screen and and on the iphone..i have restored the firmware more than 6 times but no success.can any one help me out
