Phone wont unpair with bluetooth device?

Hi there,
i am having a problem removing a paired device from my iphone, u select unpair but the phone wont unpair the device...does anybody else have this problem or who a fix for it?

i got same problem , it does it in my car .. still havent figure it out ..
