Default iphone says no service with low battery

anyone have a problem like this....
phone just loses reception by itself and says no service for a few seconds and is back to normal again (only when i go into it, by unlocking main slider), if i dont notice the phone will not accept phone calls and such. this only happens when battery is lower than 35%, anyone else having issues like this??

try to do a restore, that should do the trick. If that doesn't work, you might have an hardware issue. Will need to be sent back to apple.
