HELP ME, please!!!

I have a big problem! My friend?s iphone have a few problems!

First:
The iphone does not charge with the plug AND usb!
The problem is not the computer, either the cable or plug, because I have tested with my iPhone, and everything works!!
I can only charge the mobile with JLB On Stage!!

Second:
I think that maybe the computer can recognize in recovery mode, but...
I cannot put the iPhone in recovery mode by these 3 methods:
1-home+power, home..
2-turn-off the phone, and connect it with the usb with the home button pressed (neither in JBL instead of the computer)
3-With any other computer program, because the computer does not recognize something

I can use the phone on the normal mode, so I can install any iphone?s program and connect with ssh!

I don?t know what I have to do!
I don?t know if it?s a hardware problem!

Do you know any other method to put the iPhone in recovery mode?
Can I put the phone in recovery mode with ssh or terminal v100 or any other iphone program?
Can I restore the phone by any iphone program?
What can I do?

Tks!

Put your iphone into DFU mode by:

1. Connect to your computer, hold the power and home buttons down (the iphone will power off after about 10 seconds, but keep holding both buttons down)
2. As soon as the iPhone powers off, (black screen) release the power button (but keep holding the home button down). (If you see the apple logo or connect to itunes logo you are not in DFU mode so try it again)
3. After about 20 seconds or so, Itunes should see your iphone. It is now safe to release the home button, and your iPhone is in DFU mode.
Now iTunes should ask you to restore its firmware.

Restore to 1.1.4 and jailbreak with iliberty+
