How do you upgrade 1.1.3 to 1.1.4 if its already hacked without downgrading??

I currently have a hacked iphone version 1.1.3 and I want to upgrade it to 1.1.4 without downgrading it. Also I do not want to lose my numbers. Is there anyway that I can do this or should I just keep the 1.1.3 and just deal with it? Thanks for all your help in advance.
you don't have to downgrade I thought? And to just save your numbers all you need to do is sync your iphone to ituens and then when you go to 1.1.4 restore from the backup of it
