Playing video in iPhone browser

I would like to know if there is a special way to play a video file on a webpage while using the iphone web browser. I came across this site on my iphone,

and the video played really well in my iphone browser. I make my own website and would love to be able to implement this technology. I looked at the coding of that webpage and nothing fancy looks to be going on there, and the video file was compressed using sorensen 3. I have not found any other site that I can actually watch the video in the iphone browser.

ANy ideas on how to make this work?

You should be able to watch any QuickTime movie from your iPhone.
