So my wifes unlocked phone, running 1.1.1 started acting weird this morning.

There is no Audio at all. Only when useing speaker phone. The Mic is also dead, unless you are on Speaker phone.

I tryed installing the Volume hack in hopes that the files overwritten were corrupted. But no dice.

This can't be a hardware issue as the phones hardware clearly works.

I restored the phone to 1.1.1, and even tryed updating to 1.1.2 hoping whatever file was corrupt gets repaired. But thats not the case. nothing seems to work.

I am downgrading now, hopefully after this long painful process is done someone knows how to fix it!

Alright, so the Baseband/Firmware downgrade is done. Still not working. Ambient light sensor works, proximity sensor is broken aswell.

    FIXED!

It was the program "Make It mine" by Erica!

I have the same problem! I don't use this utility from Erica, was it the cause of the problem or the fix?

FIXED! Apparently this is a known bug, nothing to do with 3rd party apps:

Do not restore your phone! Solution is to plug-unplug headphones several times, until you get the sound back.
