Low volume levels on my Iphone - Help

Hello

I have an unlocked, jailbroken v1.14 Iphone, all has been fine with it but I just noticed in the last few days the volume level from the build in speaker is very low.
Volume level is turned up full yet everything is very quiet - video pod casts that a couple of days ago were loud and clear now are very quiet and ring volume is also very low..
Out of frustration I just did a restore but still the same low volume level.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this problem??

Been having the same problem now for a while. I think it's software-related, rather than hardware, though. But I still don't know. Tell me if you find any info.

Yeah I think it happened after I installed something - but not sure which app.

Strange that even a restore didnt fix the low volume on all sounds though???

Anyone else had this problem?

Stick a needle on the speakrt holes that worked for me! %40-%60 volume increase.

Hey great idea - I actually thought of doing that first but was worried I might mess up the speaker somehow!

Anyway I did it and as you say 40%+ increase in sound volume
