    Default Special characters
Is there any way to access special characters that are not available on the keyboard for use in web text-entry fields? Specifically I'm trying to use the ™ character in a username field on another forum.

    Thanks!

    Hi John

Don't know if this trick will work but I've used it for special scandinavian characters (I'm danish)

I'v added "fake" contacts with the characters included. The auto-correction adds all names from your contacts so try making a contact called John™ to your contacts.

    Hope this helps

    Addet:

I Just played around and you need a really long name in order to "provoke" the auto-correction Johntheman™ seems to do the trick. Then you can delete theman afterwards using the magnifying glass.

Also, be aware that auto-correction needs a space before and after to register you writing as a whole word. If you start deleting characters in the middle of a word it doesn't kick in.
And be aware that some text fields on web pages doesn't seem to work with AC at all.

Hope this is usefull, at least you'll be able to write John™
