I'm going to my local Genius Bar on Friday to get my iPhone fixed or hopefully replaced. The phone keeps giving me iPhone needs repair and will let me restore but crashes shortly after. I had the phone unlocked and jailbroken using ZiPhone and now when booting the phone I get the iPod cable and iTunes logo with the info showing unknown IMEI and ICCID. Shortly after displaying this it shows the iPhone needs repair message. All I have done is a full restore to 1.1.4 which is what it was OTB will I need to do anything else before taking it there to make sure they warranty it? Right now the phone is not bootable and only is rebootable after a restore for a short period of time. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
bump any input guys?

Yes I have done a DFU restore and jailbroken through iLiberty already sorry I forgot to mention that, I can get the phone to run for a few hours and then it will crash and say iPhone needs repair unable to make/receive calls, now the iphone shows the recovery screen with the ipod cable and the information is saying unknown IMEI, I'm hoping to just get the phone replaced my Apple but don't want them to find something to void my warranty do you think I'll be ok with just a full restore in itunes?
they will def replace it if it says that on the screen. thats what i did. i tell everyone to do the same. since it doesnt come out all the time, there is no way for them to deny it. just make sure you do a dfu restore and put an activated AT&T sim in there
questioncom thanks for your reply I appreciate it, so I should just leave it as is and make sure I have my activated AT&T sim with me and they should replace it no problem huh?
