Cannot Restore 1.1.4

Sorry if this has been asked or answered before.

I have a firmware 1.1.4 that was orig unlocked with ziphone 2.5.. well i had an issue where i had no service etc... well i finally got it working, and since then i cannot restore through itunes and im afrade that when 2.0 is released it will not be able to upgrade.

So what i get when i try to restore is

1015 error
i have tried the bl baseband erase in ziphone 3.0
i have tried the 4.6l downgrade option
i have tried manually restoring the phone using the ipsw
I have tried pwnage..

and everytime i try to restore using itunes i get 1015 error
any help regarding the issue would be great.

try it in dfu mode you can use ziphone to put it in dfu mode then restore to 1.1.4 using itunes remember dfu mode the screen will stay blank

ive tried that sorry for not mentioning it, have also tried iliberty and it 1015 everytime
