Iphone Bricked?
Hey all,
I've been modding and playing with my iphone for months now. I'd like to think I'm pretty decent. However, today I encountered.... something that I can't explain, I'm not sure, figured I'd ask you all.
I freshly restored to 1.1.4 and all is good. Ran ZIPHONE as jailbreak only and it locked up on me during the white text phase, and just keeps repeating the line :
"BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0".
I can't get it into DFU mode through the home button and power button method, it just continues to the text even if I hold the home button. I get no recognition form any software, if I plug in the cabel, the white text on the screen displays several lines and the last 2 say
"Cable is connected starting stack
> Can't start! Need Configuration"
Then it proceeds with the BSD root message, any ideas? Anybody?

So you cant do DFU mode? Hold home and power untill screen flashes than release power continue to hold home, plug into computer and should recognize. If that dosent work it may be you f-dup you baseband wich is a bad thing but i still think its fixable. But you will need more experianced user. Try the irc channel for some good help

That's why you shouldn't use Zibri, I don't know if you have seen that thread yet about Zibri's coding.
