we are going to need a lot more info.
Are you using a Mac or Windows
How did you install it
Did you install ssh first
did you chmod the files
did you create the ROM folders?
Did you install any roms

i didnt chmod the file...how do you do that? i am using windows.n did the rest in that order too.
