Hi guys, I got a quick (hopefully) question. I have a 1.1.1 unlocked iphone. It has been riddled with half installed software for installer.app and the keyboard is pretty messed.

I was hoping to start fresh by using the Iphone settings to clear all settings and content. Will this work and will I be able to unlock my phone afterwards?

I already tried using Itunes to restore to 1.1.1 but it just messed my phone and I had to use ibrickr to recover.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok I tried it that way with no luck.

I guess what I really want to know is how to restore my Unlocked 1.1.1 to a locked 1.1.1 and jailbreak it and unlock it again?

What happens when you tried to restore it in Itunes to 1.1.1?

my problem is now that it wont boot past apple screen, itunes and pc detect it and thats fine but my springboard is already set to 755 and it still doesnt boot past. Iphone is unlocked so I don't want to take it to a restore because I fear it could make things worse.
any ideas?

fixed! all i had to do was restore the 1.1.1 and then install appsnapp again and everything is still unlocked and working great! i am so relieved!
