Help. There is NO SOUND when playing Videos on my iPhone ??
I have about 18 videos that were in mpg format so what I did i transfered them to iTunes and converted them and successfully synced them to my iPhone/iPod. When I click on iPod and then go to videos I cannot hear anything but the picture quality and everything else is superb, just no sound.
What can I do ?
thanks

Do the video's have sound when you play them in iTunes on the computer? Does your music on the phone play? Does the phone ring? Try reseting the phone in the settings page.
Don't be shy if I helped you use the Thanks button, I do it.

Than like I Figured, its the video. The "Converter" or whatever to make it run on your iphone, could have been made to make it work on other devices, so its not configured correctly, or, even its just not a good program. Regardless the exact problem, it comes from a mistake, or just a suckish program BEFORE it went into your iphone.
HAVE I HELPED YOU? Thank me!

^ you are right. I just did some research on google and from what I read itunes converts your video files just fine but they lose audio. You have to use other software to convert your videos and sync them on iPhone. So for people that didn't know, don't use iTunes to convert your video files, you will not get any sound.
Thanks for the help.

No problems since then. Program is free and works for the iPhone. Good luck!
