Time4SMS

A few days back this nice little concept/ app was in the Installer:
Time4SMS 0.5.4

Its supposed to let you schedule a SMS.
So if you want to send a text message to someone at 200 in the morning it will do it for you as long as you generated the body of text and set the date, and time.

BUT I cant get it to work for me.
I have tried and well its not sending or showing what the status is.

Anyone get this to work?
If so how ?

I also can't get it to work it won't save as soon as I exit the program it goes back to the beginning any help would be appreciated
