We all know the iPhone is a great phone, however there are some 'needed' features missing that really are basic.

- No flash support on websites
- Can't save email attachments or save objects on websites (i.e. pics)
- Only a 2 megapixel camera
- No MMS support
- Can't forward text messages
- Bluetooth only works with headsets

So what's up with that, why did they leave these features out? Maybe they rushed production. That's what I think.

I believe they will fix some of the above in future firmware updates, especially with all the competition which is on it's way. What do you think?

They were left out party because Apple doesn't think we need them, and because they wanted to keep the iphone experience as simple and intuitive as possible. They don't like to give users too many options to mess around with.

It's getting more obvious that it wasn't because the iphone was rushed, or else we would have MMS by now

There holding out on us with features, that will come in iPhone 2.

If they put everything in version 1.0.0, there would be no updates.
And no updates makes people sad.

They probably did it so that they'll have something that makes the next iPhone look better.
