need help on MobileNotes

so i searched the forums and stuff but cant find my fix for my problem without having to restore. I tried to Change my MobileNotes to a cool blue one instead of the common Brown/yellow one. it would open up blue but the 2 tabs up (left & right sides) are missing, and it would freeze and then crash back to the home screen, so i tried replacing with the stock files, but still does same thing (including the missing tabs up top). anyone know where i can find the MobileNotes app the comes on iPhone? or can someone please leave a link to fix. thanks, and i will use that thanks button.... and i have 1.1.3 FW unlocked/JB, etc, etc


or can someone send me a copy of the whole MobileNotes app
that works for 1.1.3. i tried the stock in Downloads Section but it says 1.1.4 which
I tried anyways but i only get the plus (+) tab on top right, but not one
on left side of notepad.

ha ha... or is there another app just like MobileNotes that i can use instead?
