i just bought a brand new iphone with firmware 1.1.4 and i downloaded ziphones software to unlock the phone, im also using a tmobile sim card phone works great and text but cant use youtube or internet on the phone. i have tried everything it tells me something about edge, i dont know what im doing wrong here, i have spend endless hours trying diff programs and software.

if anyone can help me that woould be great, when i unlock the phone i already have my tmobile sim card in the phone.

sounds like you have not got your wifi turned on...... edge is the rich mans WAP lol

no its on, cause it picks up other peoples signals but cannot connect due to password.

no i don't i have a regular link sys with cable.

well there you go mate, without a connectable wifi or edge package from your provider you will not be able to connect to the net.

Do you have a password on your linksys router in your home? If so you need to put that password in your phone.

its not a wireless router.

im using tmobile total internet package......

thanks everyone called tmobile and had them add total internet and i had to put wap.voicestream.com on my apn
