Phone Number displaying as unknown, WTF?

I got an iphone from my moms boyfriend because he didn't like it. he had it with att and he canceled his account and when i got it i unlocked it and am now using it problem free but when i call someone my number comes up unknown,unavailable,private or blocked, BUT when i text someone it will show my name

you need this fix...warning this will brick ur phone if u restart ur phone w/out this file or the backup file
