How to install iPhone software manually?

Dear all member & Gurus...

Recently I've already download a few files in downloads section such as bejeweled.app and also the guitarhero3.app (TTR.app) BUT I don't know how to install it...by using what kind of utility to put all this file via manually into the iPhone.

That's all and hope you could lend a hand in this issue.

The easiest method I personally have found is using iPhone PC Suite. It is awesome. Just drag your .app to the applications folder in the iphone. Once there right click it, and set permissions to 755. reboot and enjoy.

my i phone 3 gs is not swithced on after i switched off, kindly reply, when i on it it shows apple logo and then it swithed off autometically
