i need someones help everytime i go to type something whether its for text, maps, internet, notes, youtube, it givesme the little circle loading thing and then locks again please help me out i have no idea what to do please help me

i dk all i know its unlocked i installed the aqwoah keyboard and when i go to type something the keypad is completely black and you cant see any of the keys
