HELP! iPhone is totally unuseable

Hey,

I'm running 1.1.1, I've been modding my phone for a while now and I've never had problems

however, I just tried to download a ringtone and my phone is really messed up

When I turn it on, the screen just flashes back and forth between the apple loading screen and my home screen. Sometimes it flashes back and forth between the apple and black/grey horizontal stripes.

None of my themed icons show up, they all revert to stock. Touching the screen yields no response, I can only turn the phone on and off.

the computer will not recognize the iphone when i plug it in, neither will itunes.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
