Remove album art on lock screen?

Hey,

I've had a good look through google and the iphone forums but just cant seem to find out if this is possible.

If there is a way can someone please post me a how to, its just the album art looks really crappy with the theme im using and the time and date on the lock screen can barely b seen wen album art is shown.

album art work? go to itunes delete it and re sync?

or shsh into the theme and get rid of the picture


i think you're making this harder than it has to be.



go into your itunes folder .. dran the album art out.... when you stop using that theme... drag it back in. done

use iFile and go as far back as possible. then go to /System/Library/SpringboardPlugins, then add any number after the "NowPlayingArtLockScreen.bundle" i prefer puting it like this "NowPlayingArtLockScreen2.bundle" *when ur done respring ur device and enjoy. wen u want the lockscreen artwork bak simply cut the number out of the name. I did this on my iPhone 4 running a 4.1 firmware. Works perfect. Good luck*

^ winner, winner, chicken dinner. was driving me nuts, and then i saw that folder in one of my syslogs and wondered if renaming the folder would stop it without nuking my phone. saw your post and went ahead and did it, and it works fine. thanks for the confirmation!
