Questions regarding selling iphone

Im thinking about selling my iphone to get the new one.

How do i get it to erase my account so that the new person can put there number on there?

Also if i do sell it should i run ziphone again to unlock it?

HUH?! It's a GSM phone... it uses a SIM card. The person you sell it to just puts their SIM card in and it's good to go. If it's already unlocked with ziphone then no reason to re-unlock it. Just use iTunes to unsync all your data and it will wipe out all your photos, contacts, pictures, etc...
