HELP - lost sounds

I recently have jailbroken my iphone and installed a variety of apps.... this morning I noticed that I have not click sound when doing text messages (yes I checked the sound option in settings). I then decided to check itunes and no sound out of there.... Am I stuck having to restore and re-break? J

Does your phone play the ringtone when called? Try to reset all settings in the general/reset page on the phone. This fixed my no sound problem after installing and removing some app's.

Nope, there were no ringtones when called... it just vibrated (yes sounds were turned on). I did the reset all settings and I'm back to sounds
