Is there any way that I can restore or downgrade 1.1.1 firmware without using computer.

No, there is not. You need a computer and itunes plus a program to unlock jailbreak depending on you op system.

My phone is already jailbroken and unlocked

This phone is already on 1.1.1, what I need to do is to upgrade or downgrade without using computer if that is possible at all. I know how to do it with but is it possible to do it without.
