Well the iPhone has one distinct advantage, Nothing works unless it is docked with iTunes, so maybe they (ATT or Apple) can find out if it ever docks somewhere. Obviously, ATT can shut it off from phone service...

Mclare. Shutting off my service will give him full access to phone. He can open an account with at&t from itunes and I will never see it again =/
