    Default iphone dock

    hi ppl i drop my phone last night and now my dock where it said PHONE MAIL SAFARI and IPOD it wont work anymore i try to restore soo many time it still wont work only those 4 icon wont work the rest work fine any idea how to fix it or does it need repair the whole screen? also it still show up the icon and stuff but i touch it wont work

    Hardware issue... no amount of restoring is going to work for you. You will have to take it in for repair of if there is no visible damage they may warranty you.

    soo i have take to apple store will they do right away or i have to wait for couple month for them repair?
