Winscp help, no wifi

I have bsd subsystem, liberty.

installed the openssh, was gonna do the winscp, but I don't have a wifi at my house, anyway to do it without wifi?

I seen someone mention, but iphonebrowser or something, but I'm still kinda new to this.

I wouldnt think you could do it with no Wifi. You could try MobileFinder...

Broomhead,not many people have WiFi at home... You can just use iPhone Browser,and set permissions by application:Finder,Squid,Terminal....
