SMS Virus?

Last night I recived an SMS with 'Harry Potter' in the subject matter, it looked like just another junk text so I pressed ignore but since then I have been unable to open my SMS. Everytime I press the SMS icon it looks like it opens and then it closes by itself returning to the main icon page.

I have tried doing a soft resest but that makes no difference, every other function seems to be working fine. Anyone else expierienced a similar problem... what should I do to fix it?
