Upgrading Question

Currently using v1.0.2 and thinking of upgrading to 1.1.1. Is there any way of upgrading without losing everything on my phone or do i just gotta bite the bullet and lose my numbers and everything.? Any Feed back would be great.

No, as long as you sync your phone with iTunes, all your contact information, Notes, Favorites and so forth should be stored within the program.
