    Default Need Help in Getting a new iPhone
    I've had my iPhone since it came out. It's starting to freeze up, have glitches here and there. Its getting REALLY annoying. When I bring it to Apple they say that they cant do anything about it until they see the problem. They Just tell me to turn it on/off or reset it through iTunes.... Any suggestions on what I should do???

    I tried restore... It's good for 2-3 days then it starts having glitches again. It freezes 3-4 time a day... really gets annoying that you paid $650 for a phone that freezes all the time!

    Is this on an unmodified phone? If so, send it back. You are 100% entitled to be satisfied with your phone.

    It sounds like you're probably installing and uninstaling too many programs and themes etc. Don't install summerboard, customize etc etc and see if it makes a difference

    My phone is completely "stock". I have never used jailbreak or any other programs. It's still Locked and everything....

    Default Return to Apple
    I would return Apple, or AT&T for replacement. Should be still under warranty.

    Depending on where you live verus where and apple store is you could call and set up and appointment to have them look at it. other than that you just have to bite the bullet, send the phone in, pay $30 for the replacement, wait and then get your phone back or a new one.

    As for when you dial *#307# i believe its the activation number when hacking the phone the non touchfree way. i could be wrong though

    you could play with it all day and then take it in and while in the car plug it in to charge so when they check it it won't have your usage time. then fib a little and say wired glitches you have had like receiving text msgs twice and what not. tell em the battery won't charge fully and MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU RESTORED THE PHONE. its worked for me
