Hey, Im going to a concert soon for one of my favorite bands and thought it would be cool to get the back of my iPhone signed. I'm just wondering, would the permanent marker rub off over time, or would it even stay at all?I just wanna know, because getting it signed would be pretty damn awesome 8]

go in ur local stationary store and ask them for further details.. they should be able to help.. either that, or in DIY stores

sharpies arnt as permenet as they used to be it will last a little while but i would cover it with some kind of adhesive laminate to make sure its there for ever.

Just take a battery operated engraver if you know for sure you're gonna meet them. They are small, inexpensive and easy to use.

lol im sure the artist would love to use a handheld engraver to do his signature. lololol adn i dont think his sig would look all that good cuz im sure he/she dosent use one of those every day. lol

Sigh... Artist signs in marker then you go over with the engraver. Hell if I was going to meet my favorites (Metallica) I would want their sigs to last forever.

Just throw something like a BSE skin on it....that will keep it protected.

Put a strip of clear packaging tape over it. It wont rub off then.
